Hallo Garth,

would it be possible to implement a Stop Button in the Main Window of Jux (like the Stop Button in the Render Window); even with Quick Mandelbrot/Julia checked Preview Rendering somtimes take very long (especially by doing Deep Zooms)

It would be possible, but what is the reason to stop the preview? It is automatically stopped or restarted when necessary in Jux. One reason I can think of is if you want to stop it from processing while switching to another program - is that it?

Well not exactly, the problem is that by zooming in very deep the preview gets very slow. So it might be a good idea to have the possibility to stop preview.

The preview is running in background threads, so what problem is it causing that stopping it will solve?

Then it is possible, that the problem is caused by my Notebook (Dell Latitude E6510). I will run some System Checks
