Error message Jux v.3.702 Access Violation while trying to open Sample File

When trying to open the Sample File Quadrat bloxinchains i get the Error Message "Access Violation" (See Screenshot).

Furthermore the Sample Files Morpho meeting and Quadrat cuberpillar could not be opening (without any Error Message).
