What's new in v1.210 (since v1.200)
Objects room
- Added five metamorphs (Cp Lissajous, Truchet1 & 2, Gyroidal, Wyrl).
- Added XZ Curve and three Taper parameters to the Sphere constructor.
- In the Image metamorph in the Special category, added six parameters (Keep Aspect option, and five parameters to allow displacement by intensity).
- The Image metamorph now uses holon colors instead of black when an image is not loaded.
- The Scene Camera Stereo option now automatically adjusts aspect ratio, so the H and V settings do not need to be changed.
Light + Materials room
- Added a Background Image Type control for stereo mode in the Backgrounds panel, with options Single Image and Stereo Pair.
Texture editor
- Added Truchet 1 and Truchet 2 noise patterns.
Picture room
- Added a Soft Shadow Quality control in the toolbar.
- Fixed a bug where the Edit menu Make Anaglyph options for Red Green, Red Cyan and Ochre Blue were not working.

Light + Materials room
- Doubled the number of points tested for shadow calibration, and added checks for invalid shadow bounds.
- Point lights can now cast shadows.
- Fixed a bug where any shadowed distant lights with higher Light ID than a shadowed spotlight would have incorrect shadows.
- Fixed a bug where opening a parameter file and disabling a shadow before generating did not stop the shadow from being generated.
Texture editor
- Added Cell Tile 2D to the Noise pattern list.
Picture room
- Increased quality of soft shadows for the full render.
What's new in v1.010 (since v1.007)
Objects room
- Project Info now includes the number of Holon Gradients used.
- Saving parameter files now removes any unused holon gradients first.
- When opening or appending parameter files, the Cancel button now restores light and material parameters.
Light + Materials room
- The Shader Tree panel now indicates when tags, materials or textures are unused.
- Added a Shader Tree Menu button with a popup menu, with options to delete unused tags, materials or textures.
Animation window
- Fixed bugs where opening an Animation parameter file with mesh constructors or point clouds caused errors.

Objects room
- Holons now automatically balance density for Copier metamorphs. Affected Sample and Shape parameter files have been updated.
- Fixed a bug where adding a Tag after deleting any tags did not give the new tag a unique name.
- Fixed a bug where deleting a Tag did not have an Undo option.
Animation window
- Fixed a bug since v0.993 where opening an Animation parameter file caused an error.
