Lighting effects are displayed correctly in the preview, but are not executed during rendering.

Thanks for reporting this bug, which only affects Apollonian Biscuit with lighting in Mandelbrot mode. The reason is that this is normally handled via the seed value being adjusted for the extra lighting calculations, but Apollonian Biscuit doesn't use the seed inside the formula (because it doesn't work for Mandelbrot, so I had to drop it). So I am fixing it with special case handling in the next update.
In the meantime, you can switch to Julia and this example will look identical and render correctly.
I had already found the bug that stopped distance working with Apollonian Biscuit in Julia mode, so Julia should be fully functional in future anyway.
